First of all, warning: Please Please Please, be very careful when listening to this on headphones!!!
Because it's really very loud! You probably won't believe this, but I've actually halved the volume, halved it again, and then taken the level right down again! I don't understand how I ever came to record something this loud (something to do with compression maybe?), but kind of wish I knew how to do it again... the original loud version was actually louder than every other track on my iTunes, maybe it wouldn't be as loud as the controversially loudest-ever Metallica album, but just about... anyway, yes, look out for your eardrums...
Secondly, this isn't actually a new track, its a remix, by me, of an original acapella recording by my friend Spinmaster Plantpot (hello Paul!), from a couple of years ago now (if you ever get the chance to go and see him, do it, he's great!)... I basically mangled the track up, and added drums and a "solo", so yes, not a new song, but this week has been so busy again, that I thought I would post this up anyway; it's one of my fave tracks of mine, and I thought it deserved a wider hearing, recreating as it does the feel of a quite full-on night out/in, so yes, hope you enjoy it!
